The Riddle of an Empty Grave

P1040433 _SnapseedMade for the rich, used by the poor; Unexpected by friends, feared by enemies; Filled with death; emptied by life; Wanted by none, needed by all; Saying nothing, declaring everything;  Explained with a lie, revealing the truth;Denied in time, believed forever. What confidence is this, and what difference has it made?

    Happy Resurrection Sunday!!

The confidence I have is that all that Jesus said happened so I can be confident that one day I will be with Him in paradise. The difference it has made for me is it has given me hope that there is more than what happens here and now for a better place in the presence of God for eternity, forgiven and very much loved more than we will ever understand or know.

    Love Deb

Happy Easter ALL. I hope everyone has a very Blessed day.

Pooh, thank you for the info you gave me in regard to my questions. Also, are you anywhere near a gated community called Surprise..or maybe it is or was Sun City?

  5. foreverblessed says:

    He’s alive, alive, alive. Hallelujah!
Alive! Praise and glory to the Lamb.
    He’s alive, alive, alive. Hallelujah!
    Alive forever. Amen

This morning I woke up, saw the sunbeams coming into the room,
and this song came into my heart,
Our Savior is Alive, and lives in us if we believe!
(Alive forever amen, music by Travis Cottrell and others)

Narrow, it is on the other side of the valley. I am on the east side and it is on the west side but not that far to drive. About 40 minutes away.

  7. billystan454 says:

The Creator of the universe, loves us enough, to allow us eternal life through the death and resurection of His Son, Christ Jesus. No wonder they call the Friday before Ressurection day Good Friday.
Love to all and may God bless us this year as it begins.(Passover)The Lord has passed over those of the world and given His children eternal life!!!

    “He Lives”
    I serve a risen Savior, He’s in the world today;
    I know that He is living, whatever men may say;
I see His hand of mercy, I hear His vioce of cheer,
And just the time I need Him, He’s always near.

He lives, He lives, Christ Jesus lives today!
He walks with me and talks with me
    A-long lifes narrow way.
He lives, He lives, salvation to impart!
You ask me how I know He lives?
    He lives within my heart.

In all the world around me I see His loving care,
    And tho my heart grows weary, I never will despair;
I know that He is leading thro all the stormy blast,
The day of His appearing will come at last.

He lives, He lives, Christ Jesus lives today!
He walks with me and talks with me
    A-long lifes narrow way.
He lives, He lives, salvation to impart!
You ask me how I know He lives?
    He lives within my heart.

Rejoyce,Rejoyce,O Christian, Lift up your vioce and sing
Eternal hallelujahs to Jesus Christ the King!
The Hope of all who seek Him, and help of all who find,
None other is so living, so good and kind.

He lives, He lives, Christ Jesus lives today!
He walks with me and talks with me
    A-long lifes narrow way.
He lives, He lives, salvation to impart!
You ask me how I know He lives?
    He lives within my heart.

Because of the great I AM, then I am. There’s not enough thanks in the world to give Jesus for what He endure.

I am in another major battle with paranormal things happening a lot. I don’t want to even admit it in case someone thinks I lost my marbles. Believe me, it’s been really bad today, tonight. Along with this, my daughter is rebelling once again. Please pray for us!

  10. fadiriachi says:

HE HAS RISEN… HE HAS TRULY RISEN!

  11. narrowpathseeker says:

AmazedbyHisgrace I will be praying for you and your daughter. If it will help you in anyway, I too have had a few brief, but momentarily frightening experiences with paranormal activity. They involved very dark shadows drifting somewhat violently towards me in the dark…yet they were darker! THEN light…bright, dim, bright dim…I got out of bed to look out the window to see the source of the light…there was nothing to which I could attribute the light.

I chose to believe that the light was that of Godly forces protecting me from the dark forces. I think of it now as God showing me that spiritual warfare is going on unseen and that He protects us from what is unseen as well. I also chose to believe it was of the Lord showing me that He had not given up on me.

Now there may be some who think “I’ve lost MY marbles” but I’ve been delivered from being too OVERLY concerned with what others think of my sanity these days. ;-)

  12. poohpity says:

Amazed, cast all your fears and cares to Jesus and then rest that He will indeed provide for you. Trust by rebuking them in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and put on your armor. Eph 6:12-13; 1 Peter 3:22
